Unfortunately due to some major life changes, and a big move recently , I don't think he coped too well and decided to commit Hari Kiri. It was quite a sad sight coming across him again recently, seeing some his once very flexible limbs missing, and in such a disjointed state. He did not deserve such a horrible ending! :(
